Yes. Customers can access their dedicated digital stamp page through a link or QR code without installing an app or creating a Vivoldi account. The PIN used for customer verification is separate from the store password that staff use for in-store processing.
Can digital stamp cards replace paper stamp cards?
Yes. Digital stamp cards can replace paper stamp cards, allowing you to manage customers’ stamp history and reward status digitally. Customers can check their current stamp progress and available rewards directly on their phone.
Can I manage multiple branches and stores from a single account?
Yes. You can register multiple branches and stores and manage them from a single account. Start with one store, then add more branches and stores as your business grows and expand into multi-location operations.
Do I need dedicated QR scanner hardware to add stamps?
No. You can register a smartphone or tablet already used in your store as a QR scanner. Staff can scan customer QR codes with the registered device to add stamps or redeem rewards, so there’s no need to purchase dedicated scanner hardware.
Do store staff need a Vivoldi account to use the QR scanner?
No. Staff using a registered store QR scanner don’t need to create individual Vivoldi accounts or sign in. They can scan customer QR codes with a smartphone or tablet registered to the store to add stamps and redeem rewards.
Can staff still add stamps or redeem rewards if the QR scanner isn’t available?
Yes. If the QR scanner isn’t available, staff can enter the preset store password on the customer’s stamp page to add stamps or redeem rewards. The store password is separate from the PIN used for customer verification.
Can customers earn stamps through an online store, website, or app?
Yes. With the Vivoldi Stamp API, you can connect stamp collection to purchases or service activity in your existing online store, website, or app. Other actions, including reversing stamp credits and redeeming rewards, can also be integrated through the API.
Can franchises choose which branches accept a stamp card?
Yes. When managing multiple branches and stores, you can make a stamp card available across all branches in your organization or restrict it to selected branches. Each store can use a registered QR scanner or store password to add stamps and redeem rewards using the same workflow.
