I’m currently using paper stamps — can I switch to digital?
Yes, absolutely!
If you’re currently using paper stamp cards, simply register your customers’ information (phone number or customer ID) and enter their collected stamp count — they’ll be instantly converted into online stamps.
Share the generated stamp URL via text or messenger — that’s it!
Customers can check their stamp progress in real time anytime, without worrying about losing paper cards.
What’s the easiest way to share stamp cards with customers?
When you create a stamp in Vivoldi, a unique link is automatically generated. Share this link via text, KakaoTalk, email, or messenger — customers can instantly view their stamp progress, validity period, and reward details.
Can stamps be used both online and in physical stores?
- Offline Stores: Staff can add stamps or redeem rewards instantly by entering a PIN. No POS required — manage everything easily with a smartphone or tablet.
- Online Stores: With API integration, stamps can be issued automatically when customers sign up or earn one stamp per purchase. When all stamps are completed, special discounts can be applied automatically.
- Manual Management: Even without using the API, you can manage stamps directly in the Vivoldi dashboard — issue, add, or edit anytime.
Can I edit or cancel stamps after issuing them?
Yes, it’s possible.
- If a stamp is added by mistake, you can cancel it instantly using the remove function. Reward usage can also be reversed, giving you full flexibility in management.
- All changes are updated in real time and automatically reflected on the customer’s shared stamp link.
How can I prevent customers from collecting stamps fraudulently?
Vivoldi Stamps provide a secure and reliable accrual system.
- Stamps can only be added by staff using a PIN known exclusively to them, preventing unauthorized use. If an employee leaves, you can change the PIN anytime in the Stamp Card settings.
- Customers can set their own personal PIN when first accessing their stamp page. This keeps their data safe even if the phone is lost or someone else accesses the stamp URL.
- Every stamp’s accrual history can be viewed in real time on the dashboard, allowing full monitoring and control.
What’s the difference between a stamp card and individual stamps?
A stamp card is a template (configuration unit) that defines accrual rules and rewards, while a stamp is the data (record unit) representing what customers actually collect.
For example,
• If you set “Buy 10 coffees, get 1 free,” → that’s the stamp card.
• The process of each customer collecting stamps one by one is the stamp itself.
In short, one stamp card can have multiple stamps linked to it, and each customer’s progress is tracked individually.
