What is Re-download?
Re-download lets you keep processed result files available for a limited time so you can download them again anytime without uploading the original file again.
Result files are retained for 7 days starting from the Premium plan.
How are downloads counted?
Each downloaded file counts as one download.
Downloads made through the Re-download feature do not count toward your download quota and can be downloaded again anytime during the retention period.
The Free plan resets on the first day of each month, while paid plans reset monthly based on the billing date.
Are uploaded files stored?
Uploaded source files are deleted immediately after processing is completed.
Result files are stored only for plans that include the Re-download feature and are automatically deleted once the retention period ends.
Can I use all tools with the Free plan?
Most online tools are available at no cost.
Some features may be subject to plan limits depending on upload size, download usage, and result file retention period.
What does concurrent device login mean?
It refers to the number of devices, such as desktop and mobile, that can stay signed in and be used at the same time.
If the allowed limit is exceeded, some previously signed-in devices may be automatically signed out.
What is a custom plan?
