What is link management?
Link management gives you one place to search, organize, and maintain the short URLs you create. You can update titles and original URLs, review settings and click data, and keep your links organized as your library grows.
See the information you need at a glance, even with hundreds of links
Review each link’s title, short URL, group, clicks, visitors, and key settings from a single list. Even with dozens or hundreds of short URLs, pagination keeps everything easy to browse and manage.

Find the links you need faster
Even if you only remember part of a link title or original URL, you can quickly find it again. Combine filters such as domain, group, link type, link ID, notes, and click activity to narrow the list to exactly what you need.
- Search by title, original URL, link ID, or notes
- Filter by domain, group, and link type
- Filter by clicks, visitors, and last click date
- Sort by title, click data, or date
Edit links and manage settings after creation
If an active link’s purpose changes, there’s no need to create a new one. Update its title or original URL, adjust expiration and protection settings, or select multiple links to perform bulk actions such as moving them to another group or archiving them.
Organize with groups
Group links by purpose—such as campaigns, customer information, or content—so they’re easier to find and manage.
Favorites and archive
Add frequently used links to Favorites, and move links you no longer actively use to the archive.
Bulk actions
Select multiple links to change groups, update original URLs, download QR codes, delete links, and handle other repetitive tasks at once.
Export to Excel
Download the filtered link list as an Excel file for reporting, review, or further organization.
Availability of groups, reporting periods, Excel export, and some bulk actions may vary depending on your plan and account permissions.
Extend link management into analytics and more
Use the links you already manage to review click performance in detail, then expand how you use them with QR codes and custom domains.
Compare clicks and visitors at a glance, then open click analytics, acquisition analytics, visitor analytics, or click logs when you need a deeper view.
The more links you manage, the more organization matters
